Rule 106
Reasons for unsatisfactory cleaning should be explained
When an employee requests an explanation in accordance with Section 81 of the Act, the officer authorized to issue a punishment order shall also disclose the reason, if the explanation submitted in accordance with Sub-section (1) of Section 80 of the Act is not satisfactory. If a departmental investigation has been conducted in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 80 of the Act in relation to such an employee, the justification of the proposed punishment should also be disclosed in the said explanation.
